I made a card game! Was it easy? NOPE! Was it fun? Well…mostly. Fortunately I had help from my co-creator, STEM teacher Sierra Satterstrom, and a few experts in teaching evolution.

Developed specially for THE ODDBALL BOOK OF ARMADILLOS, “The Adaptation Game” shows how the traits of animal populations help them to survive. Students develop their own special “critters” by choosing from a selection of TRAITS. Through a series of NATURAL EVENTS, they aim for the best outcome…survival!
